Using mild steel and stainless steel, I made the original piece for the Sculpture Trail at Hardcastle Crags, Hebden Bridge, Yorks, in 2000. It was later shown in the Hillier Gardens near Southampton the following year, and at the Harold Martin Gardens in Leicester as part of the annual Royal Society show. I made a reworked version from stainless steel in 2004.
