I was asked to make a larger version of The Sea of Tranquility. This was very enjoyable as it incorporated all my favourite techniques, both new and old.... a little bit of rust, a little polishing, some discoloured stainless inserts, lots of new painting. Great stuff. I tried to include everything I know about space and the universe, there's curved space, Doppler shift, gas giants, binaries, black holes, moons, and time... lots of time
